Sec. 22a. The department may immediately suspend, revoke, modify, or refuse to renew a license or deny an application for a license without providing written notice of the grounds for the proposed action or giving the licensee or applicant 30 days to appeal if the licensee or applicant agrees in writing to do all of the following:
(a) Waive the requirement that the department provide written notice of the grounds for the proposed action.
(b) Waive the 30-day time frame in which to submit a written appeal to the proposed action.
(c) Waive the right to a contested case hearing under the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.301 to 24.328.
