Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 389. Community Colleges § 389.53

(a) Proposition to establish the community college district. The ballots shall read substantially as follows:

Shall a community college district comprised of

________________________________________________________________________________

(Name of intermediate school district or districts)

be established in accordance with Act No.____ of the Public Acts of 1966?

(b) Proposition to establish the maximum annual tax rate.

(c) Election of the first board of trustees.
