Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 388. Schools and School Aid § 388.1771

Sec. 171. (1) Act No. 90 of the Public Acts of 1977, as amended, being sections 388.1401 to 388.1572 of the Compiled Laws of 1970, is repealed.

(2) A reference to a section or subsection of this act applicable to a fiscal year ending before October 1, 1979, shall be considered a reference to the section, subsection, or provision of former Act No. 90 of the Public Acts of 1977  1 or former Act No. 258 of the Public Acts of 1972,  2 governing the same subject matter, as determined by the department.
