Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 380. School Code of 1976 § 380.386

Sec. 386. If another school district is authorized to levy a school operating tax under section 1211  1 within the geographic boundaries of the community district during a tax year, the community district shall not levy a school operating tax under section 1211 during that tax year.
