Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 380. School Code of 1976 § 380.1807

Sec. 1807. A school official or member of a school board, or other person violating or knowingly permitting or consenting to violation of section 1316  1 relating to fraternities, sororities, and secret societies is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not less than $25.00 nor more than $100.00 for each offense.
