Sec. 68a. In addition to the amount appropriated in part 1 of 2001 PA 83 for retirement services, there is appropriated for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2002, $2,100,000.00 in pension trust funds to the department of management and budget, retirement services, for administration of the changes created by House Bill No. 5732 of the 91st Legislature. 1 The unexpended portion of this appropriation is considered a work project appropriation. The project will be accomplished by the use of department personnel and contracting with private consultants with an estimated completion date of September 30, 2003.
