Sec. 211. The reserve for employer contributions is created. The retirement system shall credit to the reserve for employer contributions all court fees, late fees, and interest payments received pursuant to section 304; 1 state appropriations received pursuant to section 302; 2 and employer contributions received under section 303. 3 The retirement system shall credit to the reserve for employer contributions any residual balance remaining in the reserve for investment income after crediting interest to the reserves created by this act and after satisfying any other requirements under this act. The retirement system shall transfer money into or out of the reserve for employer contributions as provided in section 212. 4
