Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 38. Civil Service and Retirement § 38.1639

Sec. 39. On or after October 1, 1986, the monthly retirement allowance payable to a retirant or retirement allowance beneficiary who was on the rolls as such for September, 1984 is supplemented as follows:
