Sec. 20.MODIFICATION OF PRIOR LAWS. All laws or parts of laws relating to beneficiaries of the veterans administration inconsistent with this act are hereby repealed. Act No. 156 of the Public Acts of 1929, as amended, being sections 810, 811, 813, 814, 815, 816, 817, 818, 819, 820, 821, 822, 823, 824, 825, 826, 827, 828 and 829 of the Compiled Laws of 1929, is hereby repealed. Except where inconsistent with this act, the general guardianship laws of this state, and the laws establishing the practice in such matters, including rights of appeal, shall be applicable to such beneficiaries and their estates.
