Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 339. Occupational Code § 339.507

Sec. 507. A summary suspension order, cease and desist order, or injunctive relief issued or granted in relation to a license or certificate of registration issued pursuant to articles 8 to 25  1 shall be in addition to and not in place of an informal conference; criminal prosecution; or proceeding to deny, revoke, suspend, or place a limitation on, a license or certificate of registration or any other action authorized by this act.
