Sec. 29. (1) Except as provided in subsections (2) and (3), a person violating this act or falsely stating or representing that he or she is or has been an examiner or intern is guilty of a misdemeanor.
(2) A member of the board who intentionally violates section 6(1) 1 shall be subject to the penalties prescribed in Act No. 267 of the Public Acts of 1976. 2
(3) If the board arbitrarily and capriciously violates section 6(3), the board shall be subject to the penalties prescribed in Act No. 442 of the Public Acts of 1976. 3
