Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 333. Health § 333.8103

Sec. 8103. (1) “Applicant” means the person submitting an application for a new license or license renewal under part 82  1 and includes each individual identified in the application as an owner, operator, officer, director, partner, member, or manager of the applicant.

(2) “CBD” and “CBD acid” mean cannabidiol and cannabidiol acid.

(3) “Department” means the department of licensing and regulatory affairs.

(4) “Director” means the director of the department.

(5) “Eligible patient” means an individual who meets the requirements of part 84  2 and has been issued an enhanced pharmaceutical-grade cannabis registration card.

(6) “Enhanced pharmaceutical-grade cannabis registration card” or “registration card” means the registration card issued to an eligible patient under part 84.

(7) “Good moral character” means that term as defined in section 1 of 1974 PA 381, MCL 338.41.
