Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 333. Health § 333.2895

Sec. 2895. The state registrar or a local registrar or an agent or employee of the state or local registrar shall not disclose or permit the inspection or copying of information contained in the system of vital statistics except as authorized by this part or the procedures adopted under section 2896.  1
