Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 333. Health § 333.2446

Sec. 2446. To assure compliance with laws enforced by a local health department, the local health department may inspect, investigate, or authorize an inspection or investigation to be made of, any matter, thing, premise, place, person, record, vehicle, incident, or event. Sections 2241 to 2247  1 apply to an inspection or investigation made under this section.
