Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 333. Health § 333.20169

Sec. 20169. (1) A health facility or agency licensed under this article that obtains from a test subject a test result that indicates that the test subject is HIV infected shall comply with the reporting requirements of section 5114.  1

(2) As used in this section:

(a) “HIV” means human immunodeficiency virus.

(b) “HIV infected” means that term as defined in section 5101.  2
