Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 333. Health § 333.16652

Sec. 16652. (1) The board shall grant a license to practice as a dental therapist to an applicant for licensure under sections 16651 to 16658  1 who meets the requirements of sections 16651 to 16658 and rules adopted under those sections for licensure and pays the application fee under section 16323.  2

(2) A dental therapist shall pay to the board the license fee under section 16323.
