Sec. 16264.Section 16261 1 shall not limit the right of an individual to use the insignia, titles, letters, or phrases as granted to the individual by an authorized educational program or institution or professional organization or professional association for the purpose of identifying the individual as having completed or attained specific training or as having established a recognized relationship with a health profession regulated by this article, if the individual does not violate the conditions of those sections or of a specific part in this article.
