Sec. 12529. The department may, in accordance with the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1 revoke the license upon a finding that the pool is not being operated or maintained in accordance with sections 12521 to 12534 2 or the rules. A person aggrieved by a decision of the department or its authorized representative to revoke the license may appeal to a court of competent jurisdiction as provided by the administrative procedures act of 1969. A license that has been revoked shall be reissued only when the department determines the deficiencies are corrected.
