Sec. 498g. If a minor is admitted to a hospital pursuant to this chapter, the director of the hospital shall cause the minor to be examined by a child psychiatrist within 48 hours after the admission of the minor and shall immediately initiate any of the following tests and evaluations of the minor pursuant to section 498j 1 which, in the hospital director's opinion may aid in the preparation of a treatment plan for the minor:
(a) A comprehensive social and family history including family relationships.
(b) A comprehensive educational test and an assessment of educational development.
(c) Psychological testing.
(d) An evaluation by the staff participating in the treatment of the minor.
(e) Any relevant test, assessment, or study of, or related to, the minor.
