Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 324. Natural Resources and Environmental Protection § 324.901

(a) “Articles” means the articles of incorporation of an authority.

(b) “Authority” means a joint city-state environmental management authority created pursuant to section 902.  1

(c) “Board” means the board of directors of the authority.

(d) “Solid waste” means solid waste as defined in part 115.  2

(e) “State agency” means either the department or the governing body of the state park that is participating in an authority.
