Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 324. Natural Resources and Environmental Protection § 324.5406

Sec. 5406. (1) The department shall annually develop a priority list of projects eligible for assistance under this part.The priority list must be based on planning documents and the scoring criteria developed under section 5406a.  1

(2) For purposes of providing assistance, the priority list takes effect on the first day of each fiscal year.
