Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 324. Natural Resources and Environmental Protection § 324.53503

Sec. 53503. (1) The department shall timely review each registered forester program evaluation provided under section 53507.  1

(2) The department may cease administering this part if either of the following applies:

(a) The revenue available from registered forester fees under section 53509  2 is not sufficient to administer this part.

(b) The department and the board agree to separate and cease operations under this part.
