Sec. 50114. Within 30 days after receipt of the certificate from the secretary of state pursuant to section 50127, 1 the western Upper Peninsula forest improvement district board shall record a notice pursuant to this part setting forth the names and addresses of the member landowners and the legal description of each member's forest lands in the office of the register of deeds for each county in which the land is situated. When forest lands are added or withdrawn, a like notice shall be recorded within 30 days thereafter, and copies of all notices shall be served upon the appropriate local taxing authorities. The notices shall be certified under oath.
