Sec. 47340. A person shall not drive stakes for fishing purposes, or set, place, or extend any pound, trap, stake, or set net of any kind, or any other device, except hook and line and spear as permitted by law, to take or catch fish in the waters of Marquette Bay, beginning with a line from the Presque Isle breakwater on the S.S.E. period line to east side of section 8 opposite the mouth of the Chocolay river.
