Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 324. Natural Resources and Environmental Protection § 324.46702

Sec. 46702. The effective date of any order issued by the department under this part shall be not less than 30 days from and after the date of its issuance. Within 10 days after the date of its issuance, a copy of the order shall be sent by first-class mail to all persons of record licensed under part 473.  1
