Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 324. Natural Resources and Environmental Protection § 324.3112e

Sec. 3112e. (1) Notwithstanding sections 3112 and 3113,  1 a permit is not required under this part for any of the following:

(a) The use of a beneficial use by-product for beneficial use 3 in compliance with part 115.  2

(b) The storage of a beneficial use by-product in compliance with part 115.

(2) As used in subsection (1), “beneficial use by-product” and “beneficial use 3” mean those terms as defined in section 11502.  3
