Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 324. Natural Resources and Environmental Protection § 324.19614

Sec. 19614. The department and the department of the attorney general may recover costs expended pursuant to section 19608(1)(a)(i) to (iv)  1 for corrective actions, response activities, site assessments, and all other recoverable costs under part 201  2 from persons who are liable under part 201. Actions to recover costs shall be undertaken in the manner provided in part 201.
