Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 324. Natural Resources and Environmental Protection § 324.16904b

Sec. 16904b. Scrap tires that are managed in compliance with this part are exempt from regulation as solid waste under part 115.  1 Scrap tires that are not managed in compliance with this part are regulated as solid waste under part 115 in addition to being regulated under this part.
