Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 324. Natural Resources and Environmental Protection § 324.1405

Sec. 1405. To obtain a clean corporate citizen designation and the benefits described in section 1421,  1 a facility shall meet the qualifications set forth in sections 1407 to 1411  2 and submit an application under section 1413.  3
