Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 324. Natural Resources and Environmental Protection § 324.11114

Sec. 11114. Not more than 180 days after the final adoption of the updated plan, the department shall submit to the legislature proposed rules to implement the updated plan created in section 11110.  1
