Sec. 5e. Upon a finding of noncompliance with this act, or rules promulgated pursuant to this act, the state fire marshal or the director of the department of environmental quality may revoke or deny the renewal of a certificate obtained under section 5c 1 and order the person or firm required to be certified to cease all or part of its operation until the firm is in compliance.
