Sec. 527. Taxes levied by a public corporation for the payment of assessments hereunder shall not be deemed to be within any statutory or charter tax limitation. Public corporations may impose taxes without limitation as to rate or amount for the payment of the assessments in anticipation of which bonds are issued, which taxes shall be in addition to any taxes that the public corporation may otherwise by authorized to levy but not more than the rate of amount sufficient therefor.
