Sec. 6. All drain taxes so extended shall be and remain a lien on the property assessed to the same extent as if no such extension had been made. Nothing in this act contained shall be construed to affect any lien or liens attaching on any land or lands under the provisions of said Act No. 316 of the Public Acts of 1923, as amended. 1
