Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 26. Supreme Court Reports § 26.32

Sec. 2. The secretary of state is hereby authorized and directed to distribute to the probate courts herein named such of said reports as are now owned by the state and available for the purpose of this act and to procure and distribute within 90 days after the passage of this act so many of said reports mentioned in section 1 of this act  1 as can be procured within that time.
