Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 257. Motor Vehicles § 257.250c

Sec. 250c. The remedies and sanctions under this chapter are independent and cumulative. The use of a remedy or sanction under this chapter, including, but not limited to, administrative action by the secretary of state under section 248h(2), 249, or 249a(1),  1 an agreement for probation under section 250a,  2 or an order under section 250b,  3 does not bar other lawful remedies and sanctions against a person and does not limit a person's criminal or civil liability under law.
