Sec. 1. All deeds heretofore or hereafter made by the commissioner of the state land office upon sales of land reserved and withheld from entry under the homestead right in pursuance of section 131 of Act 206 of the Public Acts of 1893, 1 and acts amendatory thereto shall be prima facie evidence of title in fee in the grantee named in such deeds of the lands described therein.
