Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 16. Executive Organization § 16.332

Sec. 232. The department of economic expansion created under Act No. 116 of the Public Acts of 1963, being sections 125.1201 to 125.1208 of the Compiled Laws of 1948, is transferred by a type II transfer to the department of commerce, except for those powers, duties and functions transferred to the executive office of the governor by section 13.  1
