Sec. 11.  (1) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (2), the department shall, not less than 30 days before a report is due each year, make the most current version of the financial disclosure report form created under section 6   1 easily accessible on its website.

(2) For the financial disclosure report due on June 13, 2025, the department shall make the financial disclosure report form provided under section 6 easily accessible on its website not later than May 31, 2025.
