Sec. 26. If a section, subsection, subdivision, clause, or provision of this act is adjudged unconstitutional or is ineffective, the remainder of this act shall be valid and effective. Any other section, subsection, subdivision, clause, or provision of this act shall not on account of that judgment be considered invalid or ineffective and the inapplicability or invalidity of a section, subsection, subdivision, clause, or provision of this act in 1 or more instances or under 1 or more circumstances shall not be taken to affect or prejudice in any way its applicability or validity in any other instance or under any other circumstance.
