Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 125. Planning, Housing and Zoning § 125.948

Sec. 8. If previous to the sale or exchange of any real property in the neighborhood area the legislative body desires to modify the betterment plan, it shall hold a public hearing thereon, notice of such hearing to be given as provided in section 3 of this act.  1 If modification be approved by the local legislative body it shall become a part of the approved betterment plan.
