Sec. 11. The board may employ other personnel considered necessary by the board including, but not limited to, a treasurer and secretary. The board may enter into a contract with an individual, the township, a corporation, or other legal entity to perform the duties of a treasurer, secretary, or other functions the board considers necessary.
