Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 125. Planning, Housing and Zoning § 125.2029

(a) “Commissioner” means the Michigan film commissioner created in section 29b.  1

(b) “Council” means the Michigan film office advisory council created in section 29c.  2

(c) “Local film office” means an office, agency, bureau, or department of a political subdivision of this state that seeks to promote film production within the political subdivision and that is funded principally by the political subdivision.

(d) “Office” means the Michigan film office created in section 29a.  3

(e) “Promotion fund” means the Michigan film promotion fund created under section 29d.  4
