Sec. 1. A county, city, village or township may take any necessary action consistent with state law to comply with the provisions of Public Law 415 of the 87th Congress, known as the “manpower development and training act of 1962”, as amended, and Public Law 452 of the 88th Congress, known as the “economic opportunity act of 1964”, as amended, and may accept and expend federal funds available under, and provide matching funds, facilities and services to the extent required by, such laws.
