Michigan Compiled Laws, Chapter 121. Charter Water Authority § 121.10

Sec. 10. After the establishment of initial rates and charges as required by section 9 of this act,  1 the authority and the governmental units within its corporate limits may contract for the sale and purchase of water from any such system for a period of not exceeding 50 years.
