The department shall compile and maintain a complete and up-to-date list of all licenses issued under this chapter. This list must be made available to any person upon request and payment of a fee established by rule by the department. Rules adopted pursuant to this section are routine technical rules as defined by Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter II-A. 1
