Maine Revised Statutes Title 7. Agriculture and Animals § 2108. Annual General Fund transfer

On or before July 31st of each fiscal year, the State Controller shall transfer $120,000 from General Fund undedicated revenue to the Certified Seed Fund established in section 2107.
