Maine Revised Statutes Title 38. Waters and Navigation § 2193. Host municipality fees

The bureau may set fees under this article for the host municipality at a level lower than the fees charged to other municipalities or users, as long as the lower fees are set in a manner consistent with the rules adopted by the bureau.
