Maine Revised Statutes Title 32. Professions and Occupations § 14228. Qualifications; aesthetics

1 and 2. Repealed. Laws 2019, c. 373, § 32, eff. Sept. 19, 2019.

3. Training. Has satisfactorily completed a course of instruction in aesthetics of 600 hours in not less than 3 months in a school licensed by the director or has experience in the practice of aesthetics as a trainee of up to 1,000 hours distributed over a period of at least 6 months. The specific number of hours of course work required up to a maximum of 600 hours must be specified by rule. Rules adopted pursuant to this subsection are routine technical rules as defined in Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2-A;  1 and

4. Examination. Has passed an approved examination.
