Maine Revised Statutes Title 28-A. Liquors § 804. Record of proceedings and transcript

The District Court shall keep a full and complete record of all proceedings on the revocation and suspension of a license or certificate of approval issued by the bureau. The District Court is not required to have a transcript of the testimony prepared unless required for rehearing or appeal.
