1. Types of liquor which may be sold. A Class II licensee may sell spirits to be consumed on the premises where sold.
2. Fees. The fees for a Class II license are as follows:

3. Eligible premises. The following premises are eligible to obtain a Class II license:
A. Airlines;
B. Auditoriums;
B-1. Bowling centers;
C. Civic auditoriums;
D. Class A restaurants;
E. Clubs with catering privileges;
F. Dining cars and passenger cars;
F-1. Disc golf courses;
G. Golf courses;
H. Hotels;
I. Indoor ice skating clubs;
J. Indoor racquet clubs;
J-1. Outdoor stadiums;
K. Performing arts centers;
K-1. Pool halls;
L. Qualified catering services; and
M. Vessels.
